Eve started dancing at age 4 with Kirkwood Academy taking RAD ballet, tap, jazz and musical theater. She later moved to Northwest Academy of Performing Arts continuing on with her RAD ballet examinations and adding modern to her list of dance styles. At age 9 she began dancing with the Royal City Youth Ballet company, performing in their productions locally and across the border. With the company she had the privilege of being taught by many incredible guest teachers who furthered her technique. From dancing with RCYB Eve learned she enjoyed working with the younger dancers and so she began assistant teaching at 14. Through this she gained experience in encouraging her students to express their creativity while still developing good technique. She’s volunteered in the Burnaby school district working with children in elementary school from kindergarten to grade 6. She enjoys watching them accomplish their own goals as well as teaching them good work habits. She previously taught ballet and beginner tap at Northwest Academy of Performing Arts. Eve is currently attending Simon Fraser University for a Bachelors degree of Science. She is excited to teach and help her students learn new things!
